Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church is seeking a full-time Director for Youth Ministries to work with about 60 youth and young adults in Portland, Oregon.  The Director will work with a part time administrative assistant.  The Director will build and support a team of volunteers, connect parents and youth in spiritual growth, and disciple our youth into active servants building the kingdom of God.
Qualifications include a strong personal faith, spiritual gifting in leadership and evangelism and at least a college degree with experience in student ministry . He or she will be responsible for guiding the implementation of the new vision and goals set forth by the congregation for the youth program.
